Dr. Bob Barker, Colonel, USAFR (ret.), Wargame Research Leader/Manager

Dr. Baker is an internationally recognized expert on wargaming, directed energy weapons, pulsed power, electromagnetic bio-medical effects, computer modeling, microwave power electronics, and plasma physics. A former Program Manager, Air Force Office of Scientific Research (1984-2010), Dr Barker is a fellow of both the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).  The Co-Editor of three major technical books, he is the author of hundreds of journal articles, book chapters, and conference presentations.  He has helped organize over a hundred international technical conferences and has appeared in TV interviews on the History Channel and China Central TV.  Dr. Baker has served as senior playtester and design consultant for John Tiller Software strategy wargames.
