Brant Guillory, Wargame Designer, Writer

Mr. Guillory is a contractor with Harnessed Electrons. Growing up the son of an Army officer, Brant started playing wargames with his father before his 8th birthday.  He spent 14 years in an Army uniform, split between active duty and the National Guard, as both an Armor and Intel officer.  His game design work has ranged from fantasy role-playing to modern ground tactical combat to SIGNINT to strategic counterinsurgency games.  He is a columnist for Battles magazine and has written for Scrye, Wargamer.com, ArmchairGeneral.com, and runs the military gaming and news site GrogNews.com. When not trying to convince his wife he can make a living off of games, Brant spends time boardgaming with his family, chasing the kids around the yard, hiking, playing soccer, or attending NC State football games.
