Mike Markowits, Wargame Designer, SME influence of Science & Tech on War

Mike was born in New York, New York (the town so nice they named it twice). He has degrees in History from the University of Rochester, and Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine. His focus of interest is the influence of science and technology on military affairs.  He is the designer of several published historical wargames.  He is currently a Senior Research Specialist at CNA in Alexandria, Virginia.
