Dr. Roger Mason, applying wargaming to law enforcement

Dr. Mason is the vice president of LECMgt LLC which is a consulting and

simulation design firm based in Los Angeles, Ca. Roger has 27 years of

experience in public safety and emergency management. His dissertation on

the use of the Incident Command System in Los Angeles County was published

in 2006. He divides his time between Los Angeles and Washington DC. He has

designed approximately 30 simulations for public safety applications. He is

a frequent author and contributor to World at War and Strategy and Tactics

magazines. He is an enlisted program manager with the Air National Guard

with 36 years service and participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007.
