David O. Ross, Wargame Designer, researcher and research manager
Mr. Ross is Wargame POC for the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Information Directorate.  He has conducted and managed wargame technology researcher for 14 years. He has published several wargame papers and Small Business Innovative Research topics in wargaming.  Mr. Ross recently published SMITE, a generic multiplayer counterinsurgency wargame.
